Policies & Terms of Service *

  1. Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the bus.
  2. The bus will leave promptly, and on time, for ALL scheduled package departure times.
  3. You must call (718) 450-4060 if you are going to be late. Failure to do so will result in the bus departing without you. You may also send a SMS text to this phone number with your name and an estimated time of arrival.
  4. If you are left behind, you may take the LIRR (Long Island Railroad) to a destination on the package and we will pick you up.
  5. If you are late and left behind, there will be no refunds or discounts.
  6. Due to the ripple effect of being late, 15 minutes is the maximum grace period allotted for late guests. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  7. Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic conditions, road conditions and the day of week. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to causes beyond our control.
  8. You must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcohol. You will be required to present a valid form of identification with proof of age.
  9. The bartender reserves the right to refuse or limit alcohol to anyone who he/she has deemed to have reached their limit, does not present a valid ID or any other circumstances.
  10. No outside alcohol will be permitted on board.
  11. Alcohol and appetizers are complimentary and NOT for sale for any reason or under any circumstances.
  12. It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies you may have so we can accommodate your needs.
  13. Unless it is an emergency, please be courteous of other guests by refraining from using your cellular phone.
  14. For safety reasons, please remain in your seat while the bus is in operation.
  15. Burgess Ventures will not be responsible for loss of personal property including your complimentary drink tickets.
  16. Burgess Ventures is not responsible for any food ailments, physical injuries, unreported allergic reactions or any unforeseen circumstances that may occur while boarding/departing the bus or at any venues visited throughout the day.
  17. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancelled reservations within 2 weeks of booked package date. However, the amount processed may be applied to a package on a future date.
  18. Any photos taken or video recorded, will or may be used for promotional use on the website or printed material.
